PARIS VIIIe
Introducing color and life is the leitmotif for the layout of this apartment in the 8th arrondissement of Paris. In this place, inhabited by a Brazilian chef and her two children, the double living room accommodates a grandiose “workshop” kitchen and a large living room.
These two combined spaces become both places of life and reception, in an atmosphere where Brazilian and French cultures are mixed. This colorful place retains the Parisian elegance of the beautiful Haussmannian setting. At the entrance to the apartment, a couple of pots hold Sansevieria trifasciata; in the kitchen-workshop, the Strelitzia nicolaii respond to the patterns of the wallpaper which adorns the room like a giant painting. The trio of pots in the living room fits perfectly with the colors and lines of the elements that furnish this beautiful space.
